Perancangan Aplikasi Pengelolaan Repository Link BPS Berbasis Web

This study aims to design and develop a web-based application that functions as an internal Link repository management system at the Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS) of Bengkalis Regency. The main issue addressed is the manual Link management using spreadsheets, which is decentralized and prone to errors, thus hindering employee work efficiency. The application was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, featuring role-based login access, Link data management, fast search functionality, division-based access control, and update notifications. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was carried out using the Black Box method, and the results showed that the system functions properly and facilitates more efficient information distribution.
