Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of human resource competency, system quality, and technical training on the succesfull implementation of the Village Financial Management System (SISKEUDES) in village financial management in Bengkalis and Bantan District. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using 62 respondents (village secretaries, financial officers, village operators). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Testing was assisted by SPSS software. The results of the study, which were conducted simultaneously, show that human resource competency, system quality, and technical training have a significant effect on the successful implementation of the SISKEUDES in village financial management in Bengkalis and Bantan Districts
