Tatalaksana Aktivitas Operasional Terhadap Kelancaran Arus Bongkar Petikemas PT. SPIL Di Terminal Petikemas Pelindo Perawang

The problem in this study is related to how to manage the operational activities of unloading containers, then what documents are needed to what are the delay factors in the management of container unloading activities, This study uses observation, interview, and documentation data collection methods. The location of this research is located at the Perawang Container Terminal. The results of this study the management of unloading activities starts from making preparations before unloading containers, carrying out the process of unloading containers from ships, to carrying out the process of delivering containers. With this process, containers can reach the hands of the owner of the goods or recipient of the goods by taking them to their warehouse or shop, the documents used in the management of these unloading operational activities are tally sheets, cargo manifests, delivery orders (D / O), dangerous cargo, and minutes of container handover, then the inhibiting factors of the management of unloading operational activities consist of loading and unloading equipment that does not work optimally and is inadequate, weather, container placement that does not match the data, to idle time due to equipment and operators.
