Loan testing by Santi also demonstrated the convenience of borrowing goods online without having to visit the office; users simply log in, select the desired item, submit a request, and receive automatic email notifications regarding the loan status, making the process faster, more transparent, and more practical. System trials with users showed that the application runs well, all features function as needed, and it simplifies work processes compared to previous manual methods, thereby improving efficiency, record accuracy, and real-time inventory monitoring quickly and effectively.
