Abstract
Roads are important for supporting mobility and economic development. However, road damage such as cracks, potholes, and minor deformations can disrupt user comfort and safety. This study analyzes flexible pavement conditions on the 29.97 km section of Pelintung (Bengkalis Regency Border) – Sepahat – Sei. Pakning using Bina Marga 1990, RCS, RCI, IRI, SDI, and the RoadLab Pro application. The results show that all segments have a Priority Order (PO) of 7, thus recommending routine maintenance. The IRI score obtained from RoadLab Pro was converted into RCI and compared with the RCI score from manual calculations. RoadLab Pro produced an average RCI score of 95.7% (very good condition), higher than the manual method’s 80.7%, with a difference of 0.1–2.0 due to network disruptions. Although the differences in results are not significant, they indicate that this application is effective in accelerating the road condition evaluation process. The use of digital technology such as RoadLab Pro can be an efficient alternative for road damage surveys. Further research is recommended at locations with better network quality to improve the accuracy of digital data collection.
