Aplikasi Penjualan Berbasis Website Menggunakan Barcode

The advancement of information technology encourages innovation in retail store operations. Toko Hikmah Bunda, which previously relied on manual recording, faced several challenges such as slow transaction processes and inaccurate stock management. This study developed a web-based sales application integrated with barcode technology to enhance transaction efficiency and accuracy. The application was built using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL, and developed using the Waterfall method. Key features include product management, sales transactions, real-time stock monitoring, and periodic sales reporting. Testing results show that the application runs optimally on various devices and browsers. The implementation of barcode technology has proven effective in accelerating transactions and simplifying data recording, making the system more structured, efficient, and suitable for small to medium-sized retail businesses.
