Perancangan Aplikasi Persediaan Barang Berbasis Website

PT Mayatama Solusindo is an internet service provider with more than 20 branches in Solok City and its surrounding areas. The manual inventory recording system causes various obstacles, such as stock data discrepancies, delays in information retrieval, and a high risk of data loss. This study aims to design and build a website-based inventory application that can assist the process of managing
inventory data in a computerized, accurate, and real-time manner. The research methods used include data collection through interviews and observations, analysis of the current system, system design using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and
implementation with the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and the Bootstrap framework. The result of this study is a website-based inventory application that can be used by admins/stockers,
technicians, and branch managers. The application provides features for recording incoming and outgoing goods, submissions, distribution, returns, and stock reports that can be accessed online. Black box testing shows that all features run smoothly, compared to before this application was implemented, Mayatama Solusindo still used a book and paper system. And with this application, the inventory management process becomes faster, more accurate, and more structured, thereby increasing work efficiency at PT. Mayatama Solusindo.
