Aplikasi Absensi Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bengkalis Berbasis Web

This research aims to design and build a web-based application that in the Bengkalis Regency DPRD Secretariat. The problem faced is the manual attendance system that is not integrated, vulnerable to data manipulation, and complicates the recapitulation process and real-time attendance monitoring. This application was developed with an attendance recording feature using location and time data, as well as automatic recapitulation. The system is also equipped with a location restriction feature using a radius of 1,000 meters from the office coordinate point. If the calculation results show a distance of more than 1,000 meters, the attendance process will be blocked and the user will receive a notification that attendance can only be done in the area around the office. time and location data automatically when the user takes attendance. When the user is within a radius of 1,000 meters from the office coordinate point, the attendance process runs smoothly and the data is stored in the system accurately. This application can be an effective digital solution in improving the order and efficiency of employee attendance management in the Bengkalis Regency DPRD Secretariat.
