Tameran village faces challenges in disseminating information and providing administrative letter services, which are still carried out manually. This situation causes difficulties for the community in obtaining accurate information and results in slow and inefficient administrative services. The lack of technology utilization also increases the risk of errors in administrative data management.As a solution, a web-based village information system was designed to facilitate access to information, speed up the administrative letter process, and improve transparency in public services. This system provides features such as village profiles, latest news, online letter administration services, and data management accessible to both the community and the village government. The implementation results show that this system is effective in minimizing administrative errors, saving time, and improving communication between the village government and the community. Therefore, the implementation of this web-based village information system can serve as an innovative model for modernizing village services in the digital era.
