Aplikasi Pencatatan Bon Koperasi Berbasis Website Dengan Menggunakan Notifikasi Email

The advancement of information technology encourages cooperatives to undergo digital transformation. Koperasi Maju Bersama PT. Priatama Riau previously used a manual credit (bon) recording system based on notebooks and Excel spreadsheets, which was prone to errors, time-consuming, and lacked automated payment reminders. This final project aims to develop a web-based cooperative credit recording application equipped with email notification features to improve data management efficiency and payment discipline among members. The development method used is the waterfall model, consisting of problem identification, data collection, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel 11 framework and MySQL as the database. The results show that the application successfully manages credit data, member data, goods, and billing in a centralized system, while also sending automated email notifications to cooperative members. The system has been tested and works well across various devices and browsers. In conclusion, the application effectively replaces the manual system with a more efficient, accurate, and professional digital system, enhancing payment discipline and assisting administrators in generating reports for management.
