Penghambat Stuffing In Terhadap Kelancaran Pemuatan Barang Di Depo PT. Prima Indonesia Logistik

This Final Project aims to determine the implementation, obstacles, and solutions in the loading activities of goods at the Depot of PT Prima Indonesia Logistik Medan- Belawan Branch. The study was conducted from February to July 2025 using a qualitative descriptive approach throughobservation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results of the study indicate that the stuffing-in process has not run optimally because there are still various obstacles, such as delays in data from customers or EMKL, crowded depot blocks, equipment damage such as forklifts, shortage of containers (lack of containers), weather conditions, and work accidents of TKBM workers. To overcome these obstacles, the company made various efforts, such as improving coordination with customers, monitoring field activities, adding work tools,
arranging labor work schedules, as well as providingsupporting facilities and implementing K3. With the implementation of this solution, it is hoped that stuffing-in activities can run more effectively, efficiently, and support the improvement of the quality of export
