Aplikasi Sistem Pendaftaran dan Pembayaran Peserta Didik pada Rumah Quran

Rumah Quran and Rumah Yatim Aisyah are non-formal educational institutions focused on Quranic learning. Currently, these institutions face challenges in the student registration and tuition payment processes, which are still conducted manually, leading to inefficiencies and potential errors. This study aims to develop a web-based system using the Laravel framework and MySQL, employing the prototype development method. The system automates registration and determines tuition fees for financially disadvantaged students using a decision support system (DSS) based on forward chaining, considering guardian income, number of dependents, and monthly expenses. The test results indicate that this system enhances administrative efficiency, reduces recording errors, and accelerates automatic report generation, ensuring more transparent and accurate management of student data and tuition payments.
