Abstract
The advancement of digital technology has driven modernization in various sectors, including facilities supporting worship in mosques. Masjid Istiqamah in Teluk Lancar Village currently delivers prayer schedules and announcements manually, such as via notice boards or loudspeakers, which are considered inefficient and not real-time. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a web-based digital clock application that can automatically and in real-time display prayer times, digital time, the Hijri calendar, and mosque announcements. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL Database, with API integration for synchronizing prayer times based on the mosque's location. The development method includes observation, interviews, system design, application development, and Testing using the Black Box method. The result of this study is an application that can be accessed by administrators via a management dashboard and by congregants through a fullscreen display on the mosque’s TV. This application is expected to ease information management and enhance the delivery of religious information in a more modern and efficient manner within the mosque environment.
