Abstract
This research aims to design and build a prototype of a water transportation transfer device in a miniature shipyard using a PLC Outseal-based automation system. The system is designed to automatically move small boats such as speed boats from the shipyard to the water. The technology involves PLC Outseal programming integrated with limit switches to detect end positions and water level sensors for initial safety checks. A DC motordrivesthetransportplatform, and the control system is programmed to automatically stop movement when the boat reaches its destination. Testing results show that the prototype operates stably under various load conditions and provides adequate efficiency.
This prototype is expected to be a safe and efficient solution for small-scale shipyards and a valuable learning tool in maritime automation systems.
