Abstract
This research aims to design and develop an automatic enamel wire winding machine for generator motors using an Arduino Uno microcontroller. Manual wire winding is often time-consuming and lacks precision. Therefore, this device is designed to improve efficiency and consistency in the winding process. The system consists of a drive motor, a rotation counting sensor (optocoupler), and an LCD display to monitor the number of turns. The Arduino Uno serves as the main controller, managing the motor operation and reading data from the sensor. Test results show that the device can automatically wind the wire according to the specified number of turns with a low error rate. This tool enhances the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of the generator motor manufacturing process.
