Abstract

Road damage is a common issue caused by excessive traffic loads, weak subgrade conditions, and lack of maintenance. This study evaluates the flexible pavement condition and proposes repair planning for Arifin Ahmad – Jenderal Sudirman Road, STA 30+000 to STA 59+000, in Bandar Laksamana District, Bengkalis Regency. The assessment applies the Bina Marga method using Road Condition Index (RCI), Road Crack Survey (RCS), Surface Distress Index (SDI), and International Roughness Index (IRI), with data collected every 100 meters. The results show 88% of the road surface is in smooth condition. SDI values indicate most segments are in good to fair condition, requiring routine to periodic maintenance. The IRI ranges from 1.35 to 4.98 m/km. A priority score average of 10 suggests routine maintenance. Technical drawings in longitudinal and cross sections were developed using AutoCAD. Repair actions such as patching, overlay, and structural improvements are recommended to extend road service life and improve ride quality.
