Abstract

Level transmitter is a device used to measure the height of liquid inside a tank. This tool plays a crucial role in the paper production process, especially for monitoringtheamount of chemicals in the chemical stock tank at PPM 3. In this activity, calibration of the level transmitter was carried out to ensure the device functions properly and displays accurate readings. The calibration process was performed
by comparing the instrument’s readingswithmanualmeasurements at several liquid level points. The resultsofthiscalibration were then used to adjust the device settings for improved accuracy. Through this calibration, the production process
becomes safer and runs more smoothly.
