Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Penjualan Properti Berbasis Mobile Menggunakan Metode Extreme Programming

This research aims to design and develop a mobile-based property sales application to simplify the process of buying and selling land and houses, particularly in the Bengkalis Regency area. The application was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is flexible and adaptable to changing user needs. Development utilized the Flutter framework and Dart programming language, providing an attractive and responsive user interface. The main features include registration, login, add and edit property, promotion, search, notifications, and user profile management. The testing process employed the Black Box Testing method, and the results showed that all features functioned properly according to user requirements. This application is considered feasible for use as it helps both sellers and buyers carry out property transactions more easily, quickly, and efficiently.
