Abstract

In Indonesia, there are still several regions that have not fully utilized
technological developments, including in health services. Bengkalis Health Center
as the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Bengkalis District Health
Office is responsible for providing comprehensive and sustainable health services.
However, one of the main challenges faced is related to the Medical Record
system, which is still done manually. This manual process often causes recording
errors, data loss, and decreased trust in health center services. To overcome this
problem, this study aims to design a website-based online Medical Record system
at Sungai Alam Bengkalis Health Center, which aims to simplify the process of
recording and filling in patient data. This system is expected to improve the
efficiency and accuracy of health services. The method used in this study is the
Prototype Method, which allows users or system owners to have an initial picture
of the system to be developed.
