Perancangan Sistem Aplikasi Rental Mobil Berbasis Website pada Elsa Motor

Web based information systems play an important role in supporting business activities, including car rental services. This research aims to design and develop a web-based car rental application for Elsa Motor to make the car rental and data management processes more effective and efficient. The system allows customers to easily access information about car types, rental prices, and vehicle availability without having to visit the rental office directly. The research method used is FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking), which includes several stages: Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Logical Design, and Physical Design. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database.Based on the results of Black Box Testing, all features within the system performed well according to functional requirements. This application successfully improves operational efficiency and accelerates service processes at Elsa Motor.
