Elementary School Singing Competition at Polbeng Business Expo (Case Study: Financial Aspect)

Polbeng Business Expo Chapter 1 is a project carried out by students of the State Polytechnic of Bengkalis International Business Administration Study Program as part of their final project. With the theme “Realizing Dreams, Building a Nation Towards Golden Indonesia: Synergy Between Universities, Industry, and MSMEs in Creating a Creative Economy,” this event featured various competitions, one of which was a singing competition divided into two categories, namely kindergarten and elementary school. This paper focuses on the financial management aspects of organizing singing competitions for the elementary school category. The elementary singing competition event was held on October 30-31, 2024, on the main stage located next to the Language Building of State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. The event successfully managed resources involving 12 organizers, three judges, and 30 participants. The implementation of this project followed a structured approach, covering the preparation, implementation, accomplishment, and reporting stages of the project with particular emphasis on budget allocation and financial monitoring.
