Roles and Responsibilities of Human Resources in Organizing the 'Ranking I' Event for Elementary Schools at Polbeng Business Expo Chapter Two (Case Study: Human Resource Management)

Human resource management plays a very important role in the success of an activity, including the implementation of educational events. One activity that requires good HR management is the Ranking 1 competition for elementary school students held as part of the Polbeng Business Expo Chapter Two. This project aims to analyze the role and responsibilities of human resource management in organizing the Ranking 1 activity, from the planning stage to the implementation and evaluation of the activity. The results of the project show that effective HR management, including determining participant and judge criteria, recruiting staff and volunteers, assigning tasks, and monitoring activities, contributes significantly to the smooth running and success of the event. In addition, the evaluation of the committee's performance also plays a role in improving the quality of the event. With the implementation of structured and planned human resource management, the Ranking 1 event not only ran well, but also provided educational value and a positive experience for the participants and all parties involved.
