Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of technological system risks in the eFisheryKu application owned by PT. Multidaya Teknologi Nusantara using the ISO 31000:2018 standard. The novelty of this study lies in the application of risk management to assess User Experience (UX) issues based on user feedback on Google Play Store. The main problems identified are low user ratings due to system disruptions, inefficient interfaces, and service delays. This study aims to identify, analyze, and evaluate risks that impact the quality of the application's services and provide appropriate risk management recommendations. The method used is quantitative descriptive with content analysis of user comments, which are then reviewed based on the stages of ISO 31000:2018, namely risk identification, analysis, and evaluation. The results of the study show that there are several major risks, such as system performance, data security, and service reliability, with low to high risk levels. The recommendations provided include improving system stability, refining the user interface, and improving responses to customer complaints. The implementation of ISO 31000:2018 helps companies minimize risks and increase user trust in applications.
