Implementasi Metode Rational Unified Process Pada Sistem Pengaduan Perundungan Di Lingkungan Sekolah Berbasis Web

Bullying is a social problem that is still found in schools. SMP Negeri 1 Bengkalis is one of the schools with the highest number of students in Bengkalis District, which means that social interaction is high and there is a potential risk of bullying. Currently, the process of reporting bullying cases at the school is still done
manually through verbal communication or via WhatsApp, making it difficult for students to report verbally due to fear, embarrassment, or time constraints, and the documentation of reports for evaluation purposes is not well documented. This study aims to develop a web-based bullying complaint system that can make it easier for students to submit complaints and assist the school in managing
complaint data. The method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) because it has systematic, documented stages and supports gradual system development. The result of this design is a system that can record complaints in a structured manner, facilitate monitoring of complaint status, and generate monthly reports and statistical data that can be used for evaluation purposes. The quality of the system was tested using the Black Box Testing method to ensure system functionality and the Single Ease Question (SEQ) method to measure the ease of use of the system
by users, which obtained an average score of 6.81 on a scale of 1–7, indicating that the system is very easy to use.
