Abstract

Sustainable digital application development requires developers to be responsive to user feedback to maintain application quality and ratings. However, the large number of unstructured reviews on platforms such as the Google Play Store often makes it difficult for developers to prioritize feature development amidst limited resources. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help determine application feature development priorities objectively with a case study on the EDLINK application. The research method used is the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. This system integrates automatic scraping technology to retrieve user review data and artificial intelligence (AI) assistance to analyze user reviews into alternative features. The results show that the system successfully recommends the order of feature priorities accurately, with one of the alternative features obtaining the highest score of 0.795. Based on reliability testing using Fleiss' Kappa, the system obtained a score of 0.637 which is included in the good category, indicating a strong level of consistency between the system results and expert assessments.
