Analisis Tata Letak Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas Ii Tpi Bengkalis

This study aims to analyze the effect of office layout on employee performance at the Class II TPI Bengkalis Immigration Office. The research method used was quantitative with an associative research strategy. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 63 respondents who were employees of the Class II TPI Bengkalis Immigration Office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The hypothesis testing results showed that the t-value of 8.834 was greater than the t-table value of 2.000, indicating that office layout had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with H₀ rejected and Hₐ accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.561 indicates that office layout contributed 56.1% to employee performance, while the remaining 43.9% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Specifically, the physical office environment aspect, particularly the selection of wall colors that provide comfort while working, was the highest-rated indicator of office layout. Meanwhile, for the employee performance variable, the work quality aspect related to meeting standards of neatness in work results received the highest rating. These findings indicate that a well-designed office layout can create a comfortable work environment, thereby supporting improved employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
