Abstract

Patient registration and data management at Pratama Dr. Nuri Clinic are still carried out manually, making administrative services less efficient and increasing the risk of data duplication and recording errors. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to improve the registration process and patient data management. This study aims to
develop a web-based patient registration and data management system to facilitate patient registration and organize patient data more effectively. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using the Laravel framework,PHP, and MySQL. The results show that the developed system is able to manage patient registration and patient data effectively through features for administrators, doctors, and patients. Based on Black Box Testing, all system functions operated as expected, indicating that the system can improve administrative efficiency, simplify data management, and reduce the risk of duplicate patient data.
