This study The library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bengkalis still experiences difficulties in managing book collections, member data, book borrowing, and return transactions due to the use of manual processes. These conditions reduce service efficiency and often cause delays in book returns because there is no automatic reminder system for library members. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Library Application with WhatsApp Bot Notification for Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bengkalis to improve library services. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was built using PHP with the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and integrated with a WhatsApp Bot to deliver automatic notifications to library members. The results show that the application effectively assists librarians in managing book data, member data, borrowing and returning transactions, book searching, and report generation in a faster, more structured, and efficient manner. The system also successfully sends automatic WhatsApp notifications regarding borrowing and returning activities. Based on testing conducted directly with the library administrator and students as users, all major features functioned properly and met user requirements. Therefore, the application is suitable for supporting library services at madrasah aliayah bengkalis.
