Abstract

The rental process of Bulopa Multipurpose Hall at Pertamina Sei Pakning is currently carried out manually, which often causes problems such as difficulties in obtaining hall availability information, inefficient reservation procedures. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based online multipurpose hall reservation application to facilitate the public in making reservations and assist the management in managing The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using Flutter as the framework, Dart as the programming language, and MySQL as the database. The proposed system provides features such as hall information, real-time availability schedules, online reservations, QRIS-based payments, as well as schedule management and transaction reports. The results of this study are expected to improve the efficiency of the rental process, reduce the risk of scheduling conflicts, and provide convenience for both the public and the management in accessing and managing hall rental services quickly, and systematically.
