Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Promosi Dan Manajemen Pelanggan Produk Sagu Pada Kilang Sumber Rezeki

Kilang Sumber Rezeki is a sago processing and sales business in Sekodi Village that still uses conventional sales and data collection systems. The manual recording of customer data, sales, stock, and shipping is unstructured, making it difficult for business owners to monitor sales progress and compile accurate reports. Furthermore, the promotional media used are still limited, resulting in suboptimal marketing reach. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system for promotion and customer management of sago products at Kilang Sumber Rezeki. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the
PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The testing results indicate that the developed system successfully manages customer data,
prospective customer data, products, inventory, sales transactions, and generates structured sales reports. Functional testing also shows that all major system features
operate in accordance with user requirements. The developed web-based information system is capable of serving as a digital promotional medium for sago products by
providing product information that can be accessed by both prospective and existing customers. Therefore, the developed system supports promotional activities, data management, and sales administration more effectively and efficiently at Kilang Sumber Rezeki.
