This final project is a stage to carry out research that aims to determine the Implementation of K3 Implementation on the Roro KMP Swarna Putri Bengkalis-Sungai Pakning Crossing Ship by PT. Jembatan Nusantara, to find out what obstacles are faced in implementing K3 implementation on the Roro KMP Swarna Putri Bengkalis-Sungai Pakning crossing ship by PT. Jembatan Nusantara. and to find out what efforts are made so that passengers comply with the regulations for implementing K3 implementation on the Roro KMP Swarna Putri BengkalisSungai Pakning crossing ship by PT. Jembatan Nusantara. The place of this research was carried out on the Roro ship crossing Bengkalis-Sungai Pakning which was carried out from February to July 2025. The method used is a qualitative method, in this case the author collected data using data collection methods including observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research are the implementation of K3 implementation on the Roro KMP Swarna Putri Bengkalis-Sungai Pakning crossing ship by PT. Jembatan Nusantara has been carried out, but has not been fully optimal. In conclusion, there are several significant obstacles in implementing K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on the KMP Swarna Putri Roro vessel, which is crossing Bengkalis–Sungai Pakning by PT. Jembatan Nusantara. One of the main factors is the port conditions that do not fully support safety standards, such as cramped parking areas and minimal evacuation support facilities.
