Rancang Bangun Sistem Aplikasi Pengarsipan Dokumen Kontrak Di PT Sari Dumai Oleo Berbasis Website

Application testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to validate the functionality of all system features based on admin and vendor access rights. The testing scenarios included the authentication process (login, registration, logout), document upload mechanisms (Work Order/SPK, invoice, tax invoice, and weighbridge card) equipped with strict format and file size validation, document search and filter features based on the Delivery Order (DO) number, document verification process by the admin, vendor data management, and the integration of user role-based access security.
The testing results demonstrated that all tested scenarios executed properly and were declared valid, achieving a 100% success rate. The system was proven capable of accurately distinguishing access rights, receiving document uploads through strict validation, and displaying search results quickly. Furthermore, the verification process was automatically recorded with synchronized document status updates. Security testing also confirmed the system's reliability in restricting unauthorized access. Consequently, this system is declared eligible and ready for implementation to support the process of archiving and verifying contract documents at PT Sari Dumai Oleo in a faster, more accurate, and secure manner.
