Aplikasi Pemesanan Kain Tenun Melayu Berbasis Mobile pada UMKM Tenun Geza

Tenun Geza MSME is a Malay woven-fabric craft business that still manages product ordering and transaction records manually. This condition creates several challenges, including the risk of order-recording errors, limited product information delivery to customers, difficulties in managing transaction data, and inflexible access to ordering services. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based Malay woven fabric ordering application for Tenun Geza MSME as a digital solution to support a structured and integrated ordering process. The application is designed for three user roles: administrator, seller, and buyer. Its main features include product catalog management, woven fabric ordering, down payment (DP) processing, payment settlement, order status monitoring, customer transaction history, and report management. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The application is developed using the Flutter framework as the mobile platform, PHP as the REST API, and MySQL as the database. The results of black-box testing indicate that the main features of the application function according to the specified functional requirements. The application assists Tenun Geza MSME in managing product, order, and transaction data more effectively while providing customers with convenient and flexible access to order woven fabrics through mobile devices.
