Abstract
This research was counducted with the aim of finding out how the cleareance in and cleareance out service mechanisms are at the Kesyahbadaran and special port authority Batam offices, the requirements that must be completed before clearing in and cleareance out at the Batam kesyahbandaran and special port authority offices and constrains in the submisson process cleareance in dan cleareance out at the Batam special port authoriy and harbormaster office this final project research was carried out at the Batam special harbormaster and port authoriy office from Febuary to July 2023. The method used by the author in finding problems is the observation method, interviews and documentation with officer and directly observing the process at the company, the result of this study indicate that the mechanims for cleareance in dan cleareance out of ships at the kesyahbandaran office and special port authority Batam, requirements that must be completed before clearing in and clearing out at the kesyahbandaran office and the Batam special port authority and the obstacles in the process of submiting cleareance in dan cleareance out kesyahbandaran office and the Batam special port authority have gone well and followed procedures.
