Abstract

Mesim River Bridge is located in Sukarjo Mesim Village, Rupat District. The bridge uses a reinforced concrete structure with 2 spans and the length of each span is 26 meters. The bridge suffered damage to the cracked and porous bridge, it is feared that it will threaten the safety of the surrounding community who pass through the bridge because the bridge is not only traversed by two-wheeled vehicles. For this reason, a new bridge superstructure with a PCI-Girder structure is planned using the loading of SNI 1725-2016. The design of this bridge refers to RSNI T-12-2004 regarding the planning of concrete bridge structures, SNI 1725-2016 regarding bridge loading. Based on the planning results, the bridge is planned with a length of 52 m, a width of 7.5 m with two continuous spans. The bridge slab with a thickness of 200 mm uses negative and positive flexural reinforcement dimensions, namely the main reinforcement D16-250 mm and the reinforcement for the section, namely D13-300 mm. Pavement with a width of 0.75 m obtained the main reinforcement and for the D16-300 mm and D13-350 mm. The back pillars obtained flexural and shear reinforcement, namely 2D-13 mm and 2Ø8 mm. The PCI Girder profile uses an H-210 cm profile, 200 cm beam spacing and K-602.41 prestressed comprehensive strength of concrete. The bridge diaphragm with a thickness of 200 mm uses flexural and shear reinforcement dimensions, namely 24D-10 mm and 8-200 mm. The number of tendons is 5 with the number of strands 49.
