Abstract
SMK Negeri 1 Rupat is a state vocational high school located in Bengkalis Regency. SMK Negeri 1 Rupat has a school website which is a medium for providing information to students at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat. The information provided on the website includes school profiles, students, registration, scholarships, graduation, news, and galleries from SMKN 1 Rupat. Based on these problems, there is a need for development on the website. Website development aims to make the website better and for the convenience of users. Website development can be done by adding several new features, such as a chat button via WhatsApp on the homepage, a notification feature if there is a new announcement from the school which will be sent to the user's email and this website will also be developed into an Android-based information system website. The method used to develop the website for SMKN 1 Rupat is the Extreme Programming software development method. Extreme programming is one of the development methods derived from agile development.
