Abstract
This research aims to analyze respondents' responses regarding word of mouth at Berlian Cafe & Resto, to analyze respondents' responses regarding the decision to visit Berlian Cafe & Resto Bengkalis, to analyze the influence of word of mouth on the decision to visit Berlian Cafe & Resto Bengkalis. This research uses a quantitative approach with the number of respondents in this research being 100 respondents based on a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 20 with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Linearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test. The research results show that the word of mouth variable has a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit Berlian Cafe & Resto Bengkalis. In this study, word of mouth influence by 65.2%.
