Abstract

People around Bengkalis Island often face various problems related to motorbike maintenance and repair, especially riders from outside the area. There are several problems experienced, such as flat tires, engine damage, and difficulty finding a repair shop while traveling, which often become annoying problems. Apart from that, long queues at workshops often make motorists feel uncomfortable and bored. Currently, workshops on Bengkalis Island still use a conventional system where customers have to come directly to the location to get service, even though technology has become more advanced and many people are used to using smartphones. To overcome this problem, the proposed solution is a website-based Motorcycle Workshop Search and Service Order Application. This application will help users find the nearest repair shop, know the location accurately, and provide rating information from previous customers. With this application, it is hoped that the motorbike maintenance and repair process will become more efficient and comfortable for riders, especially for those who are not familiar with the Bengkalis Island area.
