Abstract

Sungai Pengalir Bridge is located in Sei Injab Village, Terkul Village, Rupat District. It was built in 2013 using the RSNI T-02-2005 bridge loading standard. Over time, RSNI T-02-2005 has been updated to SNI 1725:2016. Therefore, this plan will try to use the loading of SNI 1725:2016 with the type of composite structure. Planning aims to obtain effective dimensions, loading results, bar bending schedule, and budget estimate plan. The design refers to SNI T-03-2005 regarding steel structure planning for bridges, RSNI T-12-2004 regarding concrete bridge structure planning, SNI 1725:2016 regarding bridge loading. Based on the planning results, it was planned with a length of 42 m, width of 7,5 m with two continuous spans. The bridge slab with a thickness of 200 mm uses negative and positive flexural reinforcement dimensions, the main and divider reinforcement namely D16-250 mm and D13-300 mm. Sidewalk with a width of 0,75 m as the main reinforcement and divider D16-150 mm and D10-100 mm. The railing poles obtained flexural and shear reinforcement, namely 2D-13 mm and 8-100 mm. Girder using WF 1200.300.18.30 with 6 girders. The diaphragm uses WF 400.200.7.11. The bolted connector of the main girder and diaphragm use type A325 bolts. The results of the bar bending schedule are 8228,31 kg (threaded) and 113,64 Kg (plain). Implementation of this bridge requires a fee of Rp. 5,975,000,000.
