Abstract
This study aims to determine how respondents respond to student satisfaction during online lectures, to determine the most dominant factor in respondents' responses to student satisfaction during online lectures. To find out the factors that have the lowest respondents' responses about student satisfaction during online lectures. This study uses qualitative data types. The population in this study were students of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic International Business Administration study program. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire technique. The highest response in responding to statements about Student Satisfaction Levels During Online Lectures is about Realiability which has a statement of Information about lecture materials available well with a total mean of 5.36. The lowest response in responding to statements about Student Satisfaction Levels During Online Lectures is about Assurances with statements Data and information during online lectures are always available with a total mean of 3.93. it means that the Assurances indicator with data and information statements during online lectures is always available, it does not really affect the level of student satisfaction during online lectures.
