Abstract
Correspondence is an important thing in the administrative completion process on campus. Higher education within the Bengkalis State Polytechnic, Department of Informatics Engineering. In correspondence activities in the Informatics Engineering Department, the Department Secretary sends a letter to the leadership through the director's secretary. Therefore, researchers implemented a system that facilitates administrative activities, one of which is correspondence. In designing this web-based mail application, researchers used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The result of this research is a correspondence application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. By using the Codingiter Framework and designed using the Unified Model Language (UML). The results of Black box testing and user testing show that of the features work well.
