Abstract

Digital technology has changed the way businesses interact with consumers, enabling direct and interactive communication through social media platforms, emailing business partners from around the world. Digital marketing training for UMKM uses digital marketing to market their products even if they only use social media. Electronic commerce (e-commerce) is a way to do marketing digitally. This thesis aims to carry out “Implementation of digital marketing at UMKM Martabak and Cake Dorayaki Bengkalis, while the specific objectives are to find out the implementation of digital marketing, to find out the marketing mix, to find out the SWOT analysis, and to find out the obstacles and solutions at UMKM Martabak and Cake Dorayaki Bengkalis. The method of implementing the digital marketing implementation project at UMKM Martabak and Kue Dorayaki Bengkalis is the preparation plan, implementation plan, completion plan, and project reporting plan. The results of this project activity show a significant increase on Instagram and Google My Business. UMKM business accounts managed to reach many customers and attract buying interest, increase business visibility and brand awareness. The obstacles faced are obstacles such as unstable internet connectivity, and constraints on laptop devices that are less supportive in the content creation process. The solution that can be done is to ensure that the device is connected through a stable wi-fi network and to clean the laptop device from garbage or unwanted data files. This aims to overcome the obstacles that arise during the digital marketing implementation process.
