Abstract
This study aims to analyze how the quality of service and facilities affect customer satisfaction at Talacia Cafe Bengkalis. The type of research used is associative. The population in this study were the people of Bengkalis Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was Nonprobability Sampling with Snowball Sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a tcount> ttable value of 6.727> 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Facilities have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a tcount> ttable value of 4.056> 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Service quality and facilities have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with an Fcount>FTable value of 176.819> 3.089 and a significance value of 0.000. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Talacia Cafe Bengkalis is 78% and the remaining 22% is influenced by other variables.
