Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe Rumah Laut Bengkalis. Product quality is one of the critical factors that can affect the level of customer satisfaction, which ultimately impacts customer loyalty and repeat purchase decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 50 respondents selected randomly from the customers of Cafe Rumah Laut Bengkalis. Data was collected through a questionnaire measured using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression.The results of the study indicate a positive and significant influence between product quality and customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the products offered, the higher the level of satisfaction experienced by customers. These findings imply that cafe management should continue to improve product quality as a strategy to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
