Abstract

Gelanggang Olahraga Perkasa Alam Bengkalis Sports Arena is a place for sports activities including futsal, badminton, basketball, volleyball, takraw, table tennis and field tennis. Built and managed directly by the head of the Bengkalis sports management and development UPT to accommodate the Bengkalis community in sports activities. For services, the Perkasa Alam Sports Arena can be used by the community / potential customers and can be rented by the public. To order a sports hall at GOR Perkasa Alam, currently customers have to go to the location to order and arrange the schedule, so that customers cannot find out about empty schedules directly, recording is still done using a ledger so there are still chances for errors, information sharing is only via the notice board at the GOR Perkasa Alam, so there is a need for an application that functions to facilitate field orders, record transactions and share information. The design and analysis method uses a structured method. Starting at the requirements analysis stage, then determining the design, designing the database, designing the flowchart, designing the DFD and ERD. Next is coding the software program, then program testing, then program implementation/implementation, and system maintenance. This application is expected to help the rental process and manage tenant data. The testing carried out is Black Box testing where testing of the admin display and user display is carried out directly by the community by testing every feature available on the system. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the login, registration, rental input and print report features were successfully implemented. This website makes it easier for users to order sports arena rentals and record customer rental data reports.
