Abstract
With the development of an increasingly fast and dynamic era, people have to live more quickly and efficiently in doing everything in their lives. This means that the process of borrowing campus facilities must also provide fast and efficient services to students and campus employees. The problem faced in this research is the inefficient process of borrowing campus facilities where we have to come to the main building to ask permission to borrow campus facilities that do not know whether they are accepted or not. The results of this research are intended to make borrowing campus facilities easier. To solve this problem, a website-based campus facility loan application was designed. This application is made using the main programming language PHP and uses the Laravel framework and MySQL database management. The test results show that this application is able to increase the speed of borrowing with a significantly reduced approval process time compared to manual methods and provide loan reports that are useful for monitoring the use of facilities at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis.
