Abstract

The importance of English language skills in the global sphere encourages the development of applications that can facilitate vocabulary learning effectively. This research presents a solution through the development of an "English Vocabulary Checker" application using the Flutter framework and Androidbased. The Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology is applied to ensure a structured approach throughout the development cycle. The app aims to assist users in managing and enriching English vocabulary by using features that support an efficient learning process. By utilizing the advantages of Flutter for cross-platform and the application of RUP for development process management .which is not only easy to use but also effective in improving users' English skills.
