Abstract
This final assignment aims to determine whether the safety, health and work (K3) management system can help in identifying and managing risks related to work in the PT environment. Multi Jaya Samudera, and to find out the role of managers in implementing the K3 management system and occupational health safety at PT. Mul-ti Jaya Samudera. The problem formulation is how the occupational health safety management system can help in identifying and managing risks related to work in the PT Multi Jaya Samudera environment and what is the role of managers in im-plementing the occupational health safety management system at PT Multi Jaya Samudera. The methods used are qualitative, field observation, interviews and doc-umentation. The location of this research was carried out at PT. Multi Jaya Sam-udera Belawan which will be implemented from March to August 2024. The re-search results show that PT. Multi Jaya Samudera has implemented a good K3 management system, which includes systematic hazard identification, in-depth risk assessment, and implementation of effective risk control measures. The company also carries out continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of the K3 system, as well as building a safety culture through training and increasing em-ployee awareness. Apart from that, management plays a crucial role in developing policies, monitoring implementation, and empowering employees in work safety practices.
