Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, current ratio, and quick ratio on profitability either partially or simultaneously in property and real estate companies in 2017-2019. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation. The research sample is 30 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with multiple linear regression testing. The results showed simultaneously that working capital turnover, current ratio, and quick ratio had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Partially, working capital turnover and the current ratio have a positive and significant effect on profitability. While the quick ratio does not affect profitability. The company is expected to increase the inventory every year because by increasing the inventory, the company's activities will run smoothly and generate maximum profit.
