Abstract
The current Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on universities. One of them is Bengkalis State Polytechnic. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction in online lectures, to determine the factors of student satisfaction during online lectures, to determine the dominant factors and factors of student satisfaction during onli ne lectures. This type of research is an observational study in which student satisfaction is a variable. The population in this study were all students of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Business Administration study program with a sample of 130 people. Sampling was carried out using the Probability sampling technique. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that content gets a mean score of 3.85 classified in the first ranked class, while Timeliness gets a mean score of 3.84 classified as second ranking score, and the accuracy of getting a mean of 3.53 is classified as class or fif th rank. The resultsshowed that the overall level of student satisfaction during online lectures was in th e high category, the level of student satisfaction during online lectures was influenced by several factors, namely content, accuracy,form, ease of use, and timeliness factors. The most dominant content factor affects student satisfaction in online lectures while the lowest accuracy factor affects student satisfaction during online lectures.
